Syne Hills is a traditional family run care facility that we have been told actually ‘feels’ like home. Owned and managed by Jean, Christopher Sweeney & family since 1987 we are proud to have achieved over 35 years care provision in Skegness.

An elevated position in the relaxed Seacroft area with south facing terraced gardens and conservatories that provide safe all year round access to the outdoors. Built on local reputation whilst evolving the Victorian premises into a comfortable, modern and warm environment to stay.
Private courtyard garden
At the centre of the home is a private courtyard garden with a furnished patio and raised flower beds, surrounded by three conservatories overlooking the landscaped gardens.

The importance of interaction, stimulation and space around our home means that we are able to create a happy and relaxed atmosphere. We are told this is very noticeable and something we feel is just as important as providing good care and support.

Every person has an important life story, so if we can learn and understand by talking to them, their family or friends, we’ll be able to get to know our residents’ history, interests, preferences and needs so much better.
